TITAN CASKET X MORT TATTOO PROMOTION
Effective Date: October 29th, 2025
By participating in the Mort Tattoo Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) administered by Titan Casket Corp (“Titan”).
1. Eligibility
To be eligible, participants must:
Be 18 years of age or older.
Permanently tattoo an image of “Mort,” Titan’s mascot, on their body.
Submit valid proof of the tattoo and identity, as outlined in Section 4.
Reside in the United States.
Comply with all provisions in these Terms.
2. Offer
Eligible participants will receive:
A pre-plan contract redeemable for one (1) Titan casket, valued up to $1,499, or $1,499 toward any other Titan casket model.
3. Tattoo Guidelines
To qualify:
The tattoo must be permanent (no temporary tattoos, markers, or henna).
The design must:
Feature Titan’s Mort character, in a recognizable and respectful form.
Be at least 2 inches by 2 inches in size.
Not include offensive, vulgar, violent, or hateful imagery or language.
Tattoos must not distort, mock, or misrepresent Mort or Titan’s brand.
Titan reserves the sole right to determine if a submitted tattoo meets these criteria.
4. Submission Requirements
To participate, you must:
Submit a clear photo of your Mort tattoo.
Provide proof of permanence, such as a photo of the tattoo in the shop, a receipt from a licensed tattoo parlor, or a follow-up photo 30 days post-tattoo.
Submit your full legal name, email, and mailing address via email to "mort@titancasket.com".
Submissions must be received before 12/31/2025.
5. Redemption & Limits
Only 1 Submission per tattoo parlor will be permitted
All eligible participants who meet the tattoo submission requirements will receive:
A 15% discount on any Titan casket purchase.
A Mort Plushie
The first 100 valid submissions (as determined by Titan) will be eligible for reimbursement of up to $100 toward the cost of their tattoo. A valid receipt or invoice is required. Reimbursements will be issued via PayPal, Venmo, or other method at Titan’s discretion within 30 days of approval.
Additionally, ten (10) participants will be selected by Titan to receive a Titan Pre-Need Certificate redeemable for a casket valued up to $1,499, or $1,499 credit toward any other Titan casket. Winners will be announced via email and/or Titan social media. Selection criteria may include creativity, visibility, design quality, and Mort spirit.
Titan reserves the right to modify the number of winners, discounts, or items distributed at any time.
All rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
6. Intellectual Property
By participating, you grant Titan the right to:
Use, reproduce, and publish images of your tattoo (with or without your name) for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, in perpetuity.
Use submitted photos across Titan’s website, social media, press materials, and other content formats.
You agree that you will not use the Mort likeness for any commercial or brand-affiliated purpose without written permission from Titan.
7. Health & Liability Disclaimer
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with receiving a permanent tattoo.
Titan is not responsible for any medical, allergic, financial, or emotional outcomes resulting from the tattoo process or its long-term implications.
You agree to hold Titan and its affiliates harmless from any liability or claims related to the tattoo, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, or social consequences.
8. General Terms
Titan reserves the right to modify or terminate this Promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Titan reserves the right to reject any submission at its sole discretion.
This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
